Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Fleet Analyst to join our team.
You will report directly to the Director of Fleet Management. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing overall strategic leadership to the Fleet Management team ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, vehicle and workplace regulations. This role manages a comprehensive fleet management program to include tracking of maintenance, inventory and anticipated replacement of all fleet vehicles.
About You
Associates degree required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain or business-related field preferred
Fleet management or fleet management analytics experience preferred
Demonstrated expertise in fleet management and inventory control
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Must have 2-3 years administrative/office experience in a professional environment
Attention to detail and able to prioritize deadlines within strict guidelines
Able to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Demonstrate good judgement and initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong computer and software applications (i.e., word processing, excel, spreadsheets, etc)
Education/Professional:
Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or business-related field preferred
Experience:
3-5 years administrative/office experience in a professional environment; prefer fleet or transportation related experience
