
Senior Financial Applications Support Manager
Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Applications Support Manager to join our team. This position will directly report to theVP Applications and Data Servicesand is responsible forthe ongoing customer support of all related financial personnel leveraging our suite of financial services applications.
Support applications associated with and including Microsoft Dynamics GP
Serve as a key liaison, trainer and business process expert for ERP systems, supporting all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics GP and internal user requests
Work closely with Accounting, FP&A and IT to support Dynamics GP, third party products, and inbound and outbound integrations with other software solutions.
Manage our system, support upgrades, identify process improvements, and lead system integration efforts
About You
Bachelor’s degree in technology, accounting, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing and/or directly support MS Dynamics
3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and 3 rd party add on products is required
Able to work in office during normal business hours and on call/on demand as required for system changes, etc.
Product knowledge of SQL which includes, but not limited to, executing, and creating various statements to support the business
Familiarity with business analysis skills such as process flow documenting
Extensive knowledge with dynamics GP and 3 rd party add-ons including: Mekorma, Perceptive, One SmartConnect and Extender windows and tables
Successful demonstration of analysis, design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to identify and resolve issues, risks and other considerations related to GP functionality performance skills
A key component is Hyland’s Perceptive Invoice Management tool. The role is responsible for all aspects of its use and support
Upside if familiar with CONCUR expense solution
Must be a proactive, accountable leader with the ability to not only support the environments but to establish a roadmap and strategy, with detailed plans on how to advance and improve the capabilities
