
HR Business Partner Coordinator
Overview
We are looking for a HR Business Partner Coordinator to join our team. This position will directly report to the HR Operations Director and is responsible forobtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information to provide administrative support for the Human Resources division.
Fields HR-related inquiries from associates and provides prompt response
Maintains and completes human resources documents to ensure company compliance
Administers process of collecting required documentation and responding to third-party records requests
Communicates and escalates when appropriate to specific HR partners appropriately
Requests and maintains all associate files in shared drive
Review and analyze reports
Complete audits to ensure accurate data is recorded in HR systems
Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned
About You
Familiarity with employment related regulations (state and federal) required
Ability to work with confidential information
Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates good problem-resolution skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of two years of experience in HR-related areas
Intermediate Excel skills and Basic PowerPoint skills
Experience working with data in a HRIS
Experience with Ceridian, a plus, but not required
