Overview
We are looking for Director of Strategic Finance to join our team. This position will directly report to the Vice President of Actuarial Services and is responsible for creating the blueprints for success and making sure that emerging results are tracking to plan. Gentiva is partnering with payers, providers and risk bearing entities to create a value based palliative care offering targeting patients approaching end of life.This is a great opportunity to grow and advance within the organization. The position is fully remote working central or eastern time zone hours.
Build and maintain unit economic model for value-based care business
Create multi-year financial plan that outlines pathways to achieving overall business objectives
Build monthly forecast and update quarterly based on emerging results
Produce monthly reports to summarize results compared to expectations and highlight key drivers.
Conduct scenario modeling to illustrate impact of entering new markets, signing new partnerships, modifications to care models, etc.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
5+ years of experience in a finance role in the healthcare industry
Min 2 years’ experience working with Medicare in a value-based care environment
Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage
