
Senior Analyst eClinicalWorks
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst eClinicalWorks with in-depth knowledge of eClinicalWorks software and healthcare IT systems to join our team.
This position will directly report to the Director Product and Bus Application Architecture and is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the eCW platform across clinical and administrative functions.
You will work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and management to ensure seamless integration, customization, and functionality of eCW systems, with a focus on improving workflows, clinical efficiency, and data quality.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW), including hands-on experience in system administration, configuration, and support.
Strong expertise in eClinicalWorks (eCW) modules, workflows, and customization features.
Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, eCW's built-in reporting features).
Knowledge of clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR), and practice management systems (PMS).
Familiarity with system integration (e.g., HL7, API integration) and data migration.
Experience or familiarity with the mobile versions of eClinicalWorks and emerging AI-based solutions in the healthcare sector to enhance decision-making, automation, and patient care.
Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade eCW systems.
